Kalu’s Slok Airline in Gambia, under probe



Ex Abia governor Uzor Kalu troubles are unabating, as Kalu who is being tried by EFCC for looting Abia treasury is in a deep mess. Kalu at the twilight of his tenure as governor relocated his business to Gambia as Obansanjo was hard on him following his verbal attack on the former president.
It was gathered by an Aviation authority in Gambia, that his airline, Slok is being probed for evading the payment of tax for four years now.

Kalu it was learnt has been taking the money made by the company for frivolities. It was also gathered that Slok airline is not maintaining its aircraft which is only one.
As a result of this, Gambian government is quite apprehensive of Slok airline air worthiness. Kalu this news online learnt is also owing the staff of the company.

Speaking in a telephone interview, Kalu admitted that his business is dying. He said that he is trying his best to make things work but to no avail.
