Breaking News...APC debunked Orji Uzor Kalu's claimed APC wooing call.

APC has debunked claims by former Abia Governor, Orji Uzor kalu that the party is wooing him to join its fold. A credible source in the party hierarchy maintained that APC did not send Atiku to go and speak with kalu on any issue concerning the Party. Atiku and kalu he said may have met on their business interest.

APC insisted that it barred kalu from joining the Party earlier when Kalu approached Bola Tinubu.  Kalu is an expired politician who cannot add value but crisis he added. APC urged his faithful in Abia State to disregard such story coming from Kalu.

The Party urged kalu to rebuild his PPA since PDP has equally rejected him.

Our source noted that kalu is terrible, as he wants to use his meeting with Atiku to showcase falsehood, which is his style. APC has already warned kalu who it described as a political leper not to use its name to seek for relevance. 

It would be recalled that in his usual style Orji Uzor Kalu abused Atiku recently calling him all sorts of name a situation that forced Atiku to described kalu as a political imbecile. 

Odimegwu Onwumere fake journalist arrested in Porthacourt over attempt to defraud Gov. Amechi.

Remember him Odimegwu Onwumere, the fake journalist who was arrested and released after several pleas by his sponsor two years ago in Portharcourt for duping a top politician after blackmailing him, is now cooling off at the SSS headquarters in Rivers state. The self styled poet whose stock in trade is to blackmail politician to make money, few days ago approached a media aide of Gov. Amechi on the pretense that he has an expose on the governor that centres on a child the governor had out of wedlock. Amechi’s aide played along after persistent threats from Odimegwu that 5m should be paid into his diamond bank account for him to kill the story. The money was paid in but unknown to Odimegwu he was being trailed by the SSS.

. Odimegwu who is a drop out has already confessed to the crime while being paraded before the press. He disclosed that he is on the pay roll of former Abia Gov. Uzor Kalu who is using him to do his dirty jobs. He revealed that he supplies most of the stories in sun newspapers that are half-truths, packaged to extort money since kalu is not paying staff salaries.

Meanwhile the NUJ Rivers State has warned politicians in the State to beware of Onwumere and his likes who are fake journalists as election approaches. According to the union, Odimegwu has been in the habit for a long time, a development that is giving journalism a bad image

2015: Ohanaeze Bars Kalu, Prominent Igbo From Contesting For President

As part of its move to secure block votes for President Goodluck Jonathan, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo said it has begun consultations with prominent Igbo citizens to shed the ambition of contesting the 2015 presidential election.

The apex body said it was doing so in the interest of peace and unity, noting that a president of Igbo origin would emerge at the appropriate time.

Ohanaeze Ndigbo President Gary Nnachi Enwo-Igariwey yesterday visited a former Governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, to urge him to drop his presidential ambition. He said the move was strategic and it would enable the Igbo to speak with one voice on the 2015 presidential election.
Enwo-Igariwey, who said he started discussions with Kalu about seven months back, said he was in Abuja to urge him to comply with the Igbo cause by reconsidering his plan to run.
He said: “I was here about six months ago to actually discuss with him on issues concerning the Igbo nation. It was about rumours on presidential interest and I told him I will like to discuss that with him formally when he eventually decides on what to do. I have come in continuation of that discussion and to appeal to him to share my views with him. So, I have come here to rub minds with him and to tell him to join me in the discussions about Igbo unity so that we will speak with one voice.
“We no longer want a situation where we speak from different points and our agenda should be the same. I have talked to him about his views. I have appealed to him to shelve it in the interest of the Igbo nation. I have appealed to him to join hands with us and at the appropriate time when we make our statement, it will be with one voice as a people. That a great son like him should also join in that decision making and I have appealed to him to shelve that ambition in the interest of peace, until such decisions are made in Igbo land and he has given me his assurances that he will listen to Ohanaeze’s appeal so that we speak with one voice in the interest of the people.”

Asked if the decision would not jeopardise the rights of the average Igbo person to aspire to the highest post in the land, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo chief said other individuals should exercise their rights but the body has a target group and Kalu happened to be one of the prominent Igbo who should be persuaded to shelve their ambition.

Speaking on the threat by some Northern elders to sue former Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen Azubuike Ihejirika, to the World Court, Enwo-Igariwey said the body condemned the statement, demanding its withdrawal. It is a known fact that there is bound to be some unfortunate casualties in the fight against terror by the authorities.
Responding to the request, an apparently unexcited Kalu said he would reconsider his decision to run for president.

“Mr. President (Enwo-Igariwey) was here and he advised that he would like the Igbo to speak with one voice. They said a tree cannot make a forest. If the apex organisation in Igboland wants to say, ‘well; we don’t want any of our sons to contest for election this time’, well, we will hold on and work with them to see what they will do. I will never be a scapegoat that will sacrifice my tribe. Whatever my tribe says is superior to what I will think. I believe they have their reasons and their reasons may be more superior to what I think. He was here six months ago and I told him we will discuss it between December and January and not only him, there are many of our Igbo elite who have been to me in Lagos, Abuja and in the diaspora and I don’t know who I am to say no to them.”

Rochas has done well to make your State the highest indebted State in the history of South East Region. IMO has been plunged into debts and right now, your dear State can not boast of One Naira  deposit in any Bank. Your account has been sanctioned and as it is right now, no bank can issue one minute  over draft. No wonder why your ever Ndi Hausa promoter locked up banks in IMO State that are supposed to be serving the interest of IMO people because they demanded repayment of money owe to them by the IMO State.

It was widely reported that Ohakim left over 30 Billion Naira Bond money he facilitated before he left office to Rochas. It is well known also that Rochas himself when he emerged as a governor got more than 30 Billion Naira from the borrowing Market. All these money included the accrued SureP funds are missing from the IMO State treasury. The Federal Ministry of Finance had also sanctioned IMO State from borrowing and deducting money from the SureP account without meeting the requirement.

If I may ask my IMO brothers and sisters to state how many projects governor Rochas has commissioned since he emerged? We have only seen a primary school in Owerri town and other projects are either abandoned or snarly ongoing for over 2 years. Contractors have abandoned their projects because of lack of integrity and fraudulent act by Governor Rochas and his Speaker Uwajimogu. Remember the case of his Ex Deputy Governor, Agbaso...Have you asked your Governor to account for the fictitious contract money? How are you people faring with the so called free education fraud? Imo State kids are being denied admission into IMO STATE UNIVERSITY because Rochas cannot sustain the fraudulent free education scam. He had sacked Two VCs for not supporting frauds in IMO State Tertiary education. IMSU is now filled with non IMO State students who failed JAMB woefully.

Rochas had sold virtually all the public property to himself and cronies while decorating round about and painting the projects undertaken by Ohakim and Udenwa.

Rochas had spent more time instigating the public against other Eastern States Governors instead of promoting peace and cooperation. No wonder why the South east governors forum ideas of promoting economic harmony and development among the eastern states was attacked by Rochas because they didn't want to be used as agents of the Northern oligarchies against their own people. Rochas quit the South East Governor's Forum because they rejected his antics and fraudulent political gimmicks.

Have you care to know the fate of your House of Assembly members.
